CIMPAR has been a collaborative partner with Project ECHO. This partnership was initiated in November 2021 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of the NH ECHO is to help nursing homes implement evidence-based approaches to mitigate and prevent spread of COVID19 in nursing homes.
CIMPAR became a training center to support the ECHO network during the COVID-19 pandemic. CIMPAR implemented the ECHO learning model as its foundation. ECHO is an interactive, case-based approach to learning based on adult learning principles.
